I served as the creative director for a stealth sports simulation project, owning all aspects of core game design from concept to GDD. I defined the gameplay systems, multiplayer mechanics, and engine technology requirements, while also establishing the monetization approach and Games-as-a-Service strategy. Leading the project independently during evenings and weekends, I shaped the overall player experience and design vision, ensuring every element aligned with a cohesive, engaging game. The project received initial financial backing from Zeality, validating both the concept and my creative direction.
